The platform provides visibility into shipping data, contract performance, and cost drivers across carriers. It is used by operations and logistics teams to make data-backed shipping decisions.
Context
Shipping data is often fragmented across carriers, invoices, and spreadsheets, making it difficult to understand true costs and performance. Admins needed a centralized system to manage customers, model shipping scenarios, and monitor key metrics in real time. The platform had to support complex data analysis while remaining accessible to non-technical users.
Solution
I worked on designing clear, structured workflows that simplified complex shipping data into actionable insights. The interface focused on consistency, progressive disclosure, and task-driven navigation. Design decisions prioritized clarity, scalability, and ease of interpretation for operational teams.

Customer Management - A centralized customer management flow allows users to onboard, organize, and manage customer shipping data. The experience makes it easy to segment customers and access performance insights without navigating across tools.
